Pannekooke with farmer's meat sausages


  • 3 eggs
  • 60 g flour
  • 0.1 l milk
  • 100 g sliced sausage

Mix the egg yolk, flour and milk into a pancake dough and then fold in the three egg whites that have been beaten into stiff snow. Heat some fat in the pan and fry the slices of sausage in it. Spread the pancake dough over it, spread the slices of sausage evenly and fry for 5 minutes on both sides.
